We are moving from another state, and are only slightly familiar with the area. We have not moved from a home for over 30 years, and the real estate world has drastically changed! From the start Sherry stepped in and immediately won our trust. She was knowledgeable in all of the ins and outs of real estate transactions, quick to respond, and made herself available for our every question and need. She kept us on track with all signed documents, and checked in with us often to make sure we understood everything. When it came time for executing inspection defect repairs on our future home, she was there to recommend workmen and was able to help us get estimates. She even went the extra mile to meet people at our home when we couldn't be there. When our closing was delayed due to missing information, she knew who to contact, and expedited the final details. Sherry was always positive, encouraging, helpful, understanding and compassionate, and we would recommend her to everyone as an excellent real estate agent, and as an amazing person! It was refreshing to work with a true professional who also became a friend!

Sherry was so helpful in explaining house terms that I did not understand and was able to go into depth and give analogies. She was easy to stay in contact with. Sherry was amazing realtor to work with. The level of personal attention makes you think you’re the only client she has at that time. In less than a month she found the house of my dreams and worked with the seller’s realtor to close. Inspection revealed an undisclosed buried oil tank, and Sherry researched past records, arranged for an extraction company, and coordinated with the fire marshal to ensure the tank was removed and soil tested to close on the original date barely four weeks after the first viewing of the house. You cannot find a better realtor in the Dayton area.

Sherry understood our situation even helped explain to us about Medicaid requirements for fair market value for selling my mother’s home — she was compassionate knowing we were having to let go of our family home to provide the nursing care Mom needs going forward — Sherry went that extra mile by going to meet Mom in the nursing home explaining her part as her realtor and even assisting Mom by helping her sit up making her comfortable both emotionally and physically so Mom could sign the new POA requested by Key Bank — Sherry worked diligently with Jade at Key Bank which seemed to be putting us through a lot of hoops in order to release equity loan information needed to sell the house keeping her patience when I was loosing mine — Sherry is a mover and a shaker juggling around 30 viewings for Mom’s home within the first two days it went up for sale — she made everything go smoothly from start to finish and even during closing made sure I understood what was being signed and what to expect after the sale regarding receiving check (Key still a hiccup) — I really felt Sherry was truly concerned about me and Mom asking all through the process if we were okay knowing this was a bitter-sweet transaction.
