Ashley Johnson is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Heritage in Springfield, Ohio, serving buyers and sellers throughout the Miami Valley. Since 2018, she has guided more than 85 clients through a wide range of transactions, including residential and luxury homes, new construction, investment properties, and parcels of land.

Ashley entered real estate seeking a meaningful career that would allow her to help others while remaining available for her son, who has cerebral palsy. After a successful first year, she was recognized as Rookie of the Year by her local Board of REALTORS®. She has since earned the Ohio REALTORS® President’s Sales Club Award multiple times and remains involved in the real estate industry at both the local and state levels.

Having personally bought and sold homes, built a new home, and owned investment properties, Ashley understands many of the decisions and challenges her clients encounter. She is especially passionate about guiding first-time buyers and new-construction clients who benefit from additional education and support.

Ashley also served four years in the United States Army, where she strengthened the honesty, respect, integrity, and determination that guide her business today. Known for responsive communication and personal service, she helps sellers prepare, price, and market their properties while guiding buyers confidently from the first showing through closing.

Ashley serves Springfield, Urbana, Xenia, Fairborn, Beavercreek, Dayton, and surrounding Miami Valley communities.
